Michael Jeffrey Jordan is a basketball legend and dubbed as the “greatest basketball player of all time.” His outstanding slam dunks earned him the nickname Air Jordan and His Airness, as shown by his ability to reach the ring even from the free throw line.
Jordan started playing basketball in high school and continued playing through his college years, when he was considered a basketball machine by shooting 54.0% and averaging 5.0 rebounds per game. He was later drafted into the NBA and became an instant crowd favorite in his rookie season. Now he is considered as the third-richest African-American, behind Oprah Winfrey and Robert F. Smith.
